Service Description

This service involves working with an assigned volunteer tutor one-on-one to get additional support in academic subjects that the students struggle in or to get answers for specific questions, review class material, prepare for tests, and develop effective study habits. There will be a total of 6 sessions provided for this service once the volunteer is assigned. A new registration will be required to renew for further sessions. **Please note it may take up to 2-3 weeks for us to assign a tutor after the booking is made. The calendar date and time that you will book will be used as your preferred day/time for the sessions. Due to high demand, participants can request either buddy time or tutor time.** Disclaimer: All classes and workshops Zoom meetings are recorded for record keeping, quality assurance, and training purposes. 

Cancellation Policy

In the context of an event cancellation, you would be entitled to a full refund for any entry fees paid. If the event has not been cancelled but you are understandably concerned attending the event, unfortunately there would generally be no right to a refund. However, it is worth contacting us via email as you may be offered a credit note for future event.
